Delivery

Our food is too good to be left unattended so please make sure that someone is available to sign for your delivery or that you provide instructions with your order letting us know exactly where the courier can leave the parcel safely.
When you receive your box of goodness, you should refrigerate the contents as soon as possible.  Lifestyle Chef is just like any other delivery of fresh groceries  – they will have ice packs, but are not designed to sit outside for long periods.

PLEASE NOTE: Once we make the delivery, Lifestyle Chef cannot be responsible for your food if it is left out to spoil or stolen. Re-delivery the following week will be done at the client’s expense.


SUNDAY EVENING DELIVERY :
Delivery on Sunday evening (postcodes within the M25 only) will be anytime between 5 – 8pm. You are not required to sign for the delivery but please let us know exactly where the parcel should be left, if the courier needs a code to access the property or building please include with your order. Parcels will not be left with neighbours unless instructed to do so. If your parcel has not arrived by 9pm on Sunday – PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY, call 02921 320290. This allows us enough time to contact the courier and resolve any issues, after 10pm it may not be possible to do so. If the courier has an issue leaving the parcel safely, they will contact you directly. If the courier is unable to get a signature or leave the parcel safely and we are unable to contact you – re-delivery will be at the client’s expense the following week.


MONDAY DELIVERY :
Nationwide delivery will be before 12 noon via DPD.

Download the DPD app to receive a delivery window; to track your parcel; update the instructions and receive delivery confirmation.

You are not required to sign for the delivery but please let us know exactly where the parcel should be left, if the courier needs a code to access the property or building please include this with your order. Parcels will not be left with neighbours unless you specifically instruct us to do so. If your parcel has not arrived by 1pm on Monday – PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY, call 02921 320290. This allows us enough time to contact the courier and resolve any issues. If the courier has an issue leaving the parcel safely, they will contact you directly if the courier is unable to get a signature or leave the parcel safely and we are unable to contact you the parcel will be returned to the depot and destroyed due to perishability.
